In a recent article over at the LA Times, Brightkite CEO Jonathon Linner made a few interesting comments that were quoted. One of the best is, “Guys will go where the hot chicks are.” This comment basically prompted a Brightkite user, a female user, to post on the service that the CEO was, in effect, pimping out his female users.

Here are the current AT&T Wireless Terms of Service.

AT&T has updated their TOS for web hosting, email accounts and more. Part of the change, as reported in Slashdot and Ars Technica, is that AT&T can terminate your service if you speak ill of them… anywhere, not only on an site hosted by AT&T.
From Section 5.1 of the TOS -
AT&T may immediately terminate or [...]
