I have sent an email to Rock Island Arsenal’s (RIA) Information Technology Directorate (DOIM) and am awaiting a response over the Take Down email I received from a Yahoo.com user at RIA on Saturday.

Update 111807 – I was visited by IP 141.116.10.12 (V) (IP) (IP2) today. They looked at the MRAP article. I was hit four times by this IP.
